Refunds

Returns and Refunds:

  • Eligible for Returns:
    • Items received damaged or defective.
    • Items that do not match the product description.
    • Items that were shipped incorrectly.
  • Ineligible for Returns:
    • Custom or personalized items.
    • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged.
    • Items returned after 3 days from the delivery date.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
  2. Authorization: You will receive a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Packaging: Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
  4. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  5. Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
